Tasting notes 1995: Spring flavours, freshness, nice opening and wild flowers .On the palate, elegant and persistent, fine barley, touch of liquorice. Nice finish: Rarely has malt reached such a finesse: “Sailing on a quiet sea off the North East shore of Scotland”
